The SuperFruits project was established by a group of experts from the agricultural and logistics sector who are dealing with growing superfoods in developing countries. The entire project was consulted adequately with blockchain technology experts, international lawyers, and economists. The strategic goal of the project is to simplify the current supply chain model, including the processes of growing, distribution, transport, wholesale storage and retailing, to the final delivery of superfoods to the consumer. The SuperFruits project has the potential due to blockchain technology to facilitate the purchase of fruit directly from the grower and deliver it directly to the final consumer in the target country. In this way, we can bypass the complex system of fruits export including many logistics processes, which, of course, only leads to its price increase. Since most superfood growers are located in countries where it is more straightforward and safer to use cryptocurrencies mainly because of their own Fiat money inflation, we have decided to create our currency money named SuperFruit. This new cryptocurrency will be based on Ethereum´s blockchain technology, and SuperFruit will be a token whose price will be covered by grown superfruits. The primary and long-term goal of the project is to facilitate the purchase and sale of superfruits through the Business to Business platform without the need to include many supply chain links. The further goals will be to satisfy the demand for superfruits on the world market, mainly Europe, and thus making it more accessible to the consumer
